Jonas Vingegaard seizes control of the Giro d'Italia with solo win on brutal 14th stage

Jonas Vingegaard took the overall lead at the 2025 Giro d'Italia after winning the 14th stage solo on Saturday. The Team Visma-Lease a Bike rider attacked with under five kilometers remaining on the final climb and could not be followed. He finished 49 seconds ahead of Felix Gall, with Jai Hindley a further nine seconds back in third.
