Jorge Messi, father and longtime agent of Argentina captain Lionel Messi, died Saturday at a hospital in Rosario, Argentina, at the age of 68 following a private illness. Rosario club Newell's Old Boys confirmed the death, describing Jorge as 'the pillar' behind Lionel's career.
