Jos Buttler injury and Kusal Mendis century derail England as Sri Lanka level ODI series

Sri Lanka levelled the ODI series against England by winning the second match by 16 runs at Headingley, setting up a decider at The Oval on Sunday. England, chasing 322, were boosted by a 143-run opening stand between Ben Duckett and Tom Banton but ultimately fell short, partly due to a hamstring injury sustained by wicketkeeper Jos Buttler while taking a run. Sri Lanka's Kusal Mendis scored a century to help set the imposing target.
