Joseph Parker cleared to fight, suspension lifted after positive drug test
Heavyweight boxer Joseph Parker has had his provisional suspension lifted after testing positive for cocaine on the day of his October loss to Fabio Wardley in London. Parker, 34, and his team maintained the positive result was due to contamination, and he confirmed on Wednesday that he is now free to return to the ring. The New Zealander has been out of action throughout 2025 while an investigation was conducted by VADA and relevant anti-doping authorities.
