Josh Kerr ‘100 percent’ certain he has raced against drug cheats

Scottish middle-distance runner Josh Kerr, the new mile world record holder, stated he is '100 percent' certain he has raced against doped athletes, describing athletics as 'riddled' with a doping epidemic. In July, Kerr broke Hicham El Guerrouj's 1999 mile world record at the London Diamond League, running 3:42.66, before adding Commonwealth Games gold in Glasgow. He is now targeting El Guerrouj's 1,500m world record, set in 1998, and Olympic gold at the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
