Josh Tarling to ride in Vuelta a Espana after brother Finlay's death

Finlay Tarling, 19, died last Friday after a high-speed collision with a van that strayed onto the road during the eighth stage of the Volta a Portugal. His elder brother Josh Tarling, 22, a time trial specialist riding for Netcompany Ineos, has decided to compete in the Vuelta a Espana, which begins on Saturday. Fellow Welshman and former Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas confirmed that the decision to race was entirely Josh's own.
