Karlyn Pickens earns first professional win in AUSL debut

Former Lady Vol Karlyn Pickens earned her first professional win in her AUSL debut on Wednesday, June 11, 2026, pitching a complete game for the Carolina Blaze in a dominant 11-2 victory over the Portland Cascade in five innings at Smith Family Stadium in Durham, North Carolina. Pickens allowed two runs on five hits and one walk while striking out five batters across 81 pitches. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 AUSL college draft, Pickens was a three-time All-American and two-time SEC Pitcher of the Year during her collegiate career.
