Keely Hodgkinson withdraws from Zurich Diamond League as body "not quite ready"

Olympic 800m champion Keely Hodgkinson has withdrawn from the women's 800 metres at the Diamond League meeting in Zurich on Thursday, citing that her body is 'not quite ready' to race again following the European Championships. Hodgkinson had been expected to face Switzerland's Audrey Werro, who beat her to the gold medal at the European Championships in Birmingham earlier this month. The British athlete also did not compete at last week's Lausanne Diamond League event.
