Kent teenage tennis star Matt Knoesen sets sights on Paralympics

Matt Knoesen, a 13-year-old wheelchair tennis player from Biddenden, Kent, is the reigning French Open boys' wheelchair singles and doubles champion. Born with a spinal cord injury that left him paralysed below the knee, Knoesen previously raced go-karts before transitioning to tennis after an injury ended that pursuit. The teenager has now set his sights on competing at the Paralympic Games, crediting self-belief and hard work as the keys to his Grand Slam success.
