Kevin Sinfield awarded knighthood for rugby and MND work

Former Leicester Tigers defence coach Kevin Sinfield has been awarded a knighthood in the King's Birthday Honours List for his services to rugby league, rugby union, and the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) community. Sinfield contributed to Leicester Tigers' Premiership title win in 2022 during his first season with the club. He has been widely recognised for his charitable fundraising efforts on behalf of MND awareness, alongside his distinguished rugby career.
