Kevin Walters appointed as Saints’ Head Coach

St. Helens RFC has appointed Kevin Walters as their new Head Coach following an extensive global selection process. Walters is currently the Head Coach of Australia, whom he led to a 3-0 whitewash over England in the Ashes series, and has previously coached Queensland and NRL club Brisbane Broncos. As a player, he won six NRL Premierships and was part of Australia's 1992 World Cup-winning squad, and he will begin his role with St. Helens after the conclusion of the 2026 Rugby League World Cup in Australia.
