Key suggests Carse can return as England reveal contract list

England's Director of Cricket Rob Key has expressed belief that fast bowler Brydon Carse can return to play for England, despite an ongoing investigation into an incident outside a Derby nightclub in August. Key's comments came as England revealed their contract list. The situation suggests Carse has not been ruled out of future international cricket despite the unresolved off-field matter.
