Khusanov signs new long-term deal at Man City

Manchester City defender Abdukodir Khusanov has signed a new contract extension running until 2031, with an option for a further year, replacing his previous deal that was set to expire in 2029. The 22-year-old Uzbekistan international joined City from French club Lens in January 2025 and made 37 appearances last season, including starts in both the Carabao Cup final and FA Cup final. Khusanov expressed his desire to impress new manager Enzo Maresca and cement a regular place in the squad.
