Kimi Räikkönen’s Son Joins Red Bull Formula 1 Junior Program

Robin Räikkönen, the 11-year-old son of 2007 Formula 1 World Champion Kimi Räikkönen, has joined Red Bull's junior driver development program after demonstrating strong karting ability. Red Bull Team Principal Laurent Mekies praised Robin's speed, racecraft, and maturity, emphasizing the team will develop him gradually without unnecessary pressure. The Red Bull junior program, which previously produced champions like Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen, is also set to come under new leadership with Gwen Lagrue joining from Mercedes to effectively replace Helmut Marko.
