Kretinsky to be largest West Ham shareholder
Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky has reached an agreement to become the largest single shareholder at West Ham United, increasing his stake to 46%. The deal emerged after existing shareholders were given the opportunity to acquire the Gold family's 25% stake, which had initially been targeted by a consortium including former Newcastle director Amanda Staveley. Under the new shareholder structure, David Sullivan holds 40% as the second-largest shareholder, with Tripp Smith holding 11%.
