Kucherov, Ovechkin part of 1st projected World roster for 2027 All-Star Game

The NHL has unveiled the logo for the 2027 Honda NHL All-Star Game, scheduled for February 5-6 at UBS Arena on Long Island, and NHL.com editors have released their first projected roster for the World team. The event will feature five teams — Canada, Finland, Sweden, the United States, and a World team — competing in a 3-on-3 round-robin tournament, with each roster consisting of 11 players. Nikita Kucherov and Alex Ovechkin are among the early projected picks for the World team, potentially joining Leon Draisaitl, David Pastrnak, and Andrei Vasilevskiy.
