Labuschagne's form hits record low but Australia hint at future

Marnus Labuschagne's prolonged batting slump reached a new low in the decisive Test match against South Africa, with the Australian batter having not scored a Test century since the 2023 Ashes series. The report, filed by BBC Sport journalist Matthew Henry on October 28, 2026, suggests Australia's next generation is ready to carry the team forward.
