Lando Norris completes first full test in McLaren’s Le Mans Hypercar

Reigning Formula 1 champion Lando Norris completed his first full test in the McLaren MCL-HY Le Mans Hypercar at Portimao's Algarve International Circuit on Monday, covering 38 laps and 177 miles in the V6-powered LMDh car. The test followed last weekend's Spanish Grand Prix and has fuelled speculation about a potential Le Mans debut for Norris. He was joined by McLaren's confirmed 2027 Hypercar drivers Mikkel Jensen and Laurens Vanthoor, with McLaren set to make their Hypercar racing debut in 2027.
