Lando Norris launches race team, young driver programme

Reigning Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris has launched his own race team, LN4 Fusion, in partnership with British karting outfit Fusion Motorsport, set to compete in Formula 3 and 4 from 2027. The team has acquired selected assets of AIX Racing and plans to apply for a 2027 F2 entry, with former Prema boss Rene Rosin joining as team principal and ex-Prema tech chief Guillaume Capietto as racing director. Alongside the race team, Norris has also established the LN4 Legacy Programme, a young driver initiative funded by McLaren.
