Latest World Boxing Rankings published following first two events of 2026
World Boxing has published updated rankings for elite men and women covering performances from July 2024 to May 2026, incorporating results from the Asian Boxing Elite Championships in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and the World Boxing Cup: Brazil 2026 in Foz do Iguaçu. Several Asian boxers have risen in the standings, with 2024 Olympic gold medallist Wu Yu of China now topping the women's flyweight (W51kg) rankings and Nien-Chin Chen of Chinese Taipei taking the number one spot at welterweight (W65kg). India's Jaismine Jaismine moved ahead of Poland's Julia Szeremeta to claim the top featherweight (W57kg) ranking after earning silver in Mongolia.
