Leicester Tigers sign Tongan international hooker Sam Moli

Leicester Tigers have signed 27-year-old New Zealand-born Tonga international hooker Sam Moli, who joins following the disbandment of Super Rugby side Moana Pasifika due to financial issues. Moli made 47 appearances over four years with Moana Pasifika and has earned 27 caps for Tonga since his international debut in 2021, including featuring at the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Head coach Geoff Parling highlighted Moli's qualities as a strong scrummager who will add depth to the club's hooking options.
