Leicester to face Oxford in FA Cup

2021 FA Cup winners Leicester City, now playing in League One, will face sixth-tier Oxford City in the FA Cup first round on November 7 — their first entry at this stage in 18 years. Wigan Athletic, the 2013 FA Cup giant-killers, are drawn against National League side Boreham Wood. A notable fixture sees Peterborough United, managed by Robbie Savage, take on Reading, where his son Charlie has played since 2023.
