Leigh Halfpenny: The unassuming Welsh rugby great who has hung up his boots

Welsh rugby full-back Leigh Halfpenny has announced his retirement at the end of the current season, bringing an end to a distinguished career. Halfpenny represented Cardiff, Scarlets, Toulon, Harlequins, Wales, and the British and Irish Lions during his playing days. He was runner-up in the 2013 BBC Sports Personality of the Year award, finishing behind Wimbledon champion Andy Murray.
