Leigh Halfpenny: Wales full-back legend announces rugby retirement
Wales full-back Leigh Halfpenny, 37, has announced he will retire from rugby at the end of the current season. During his career, he earned 101 caps for Wales and scored 801 points, making him the third-highest points scorer in Welsh rugby history behind Neil Jenkins and Stephen Jones. Halfpenny also represented the British and Irish Lions in four Tests and was named man-of-the-series against Australia in 2013.
