His struggles stemmed from communication issues with race engineer Riccardo Adami and the SF-25's aerodynamic philosophy clashing with his driving style, leading to repeated Q1 eliminations. However, Hamilton says 2026 is dramatically different, with the SF-26 better suited to his style and significant internal changes at Ferrari over the winter, including the sidelining of Adami.
