Lewis Hamilton 'certain' to be hit with F1 penalty in new Ferrari blow

Lewis Hamilton is reportedly 'certain' to receive a grid penalty before the end of the 2025 F1 season after exceeding his allotted engine component allocation. Ferrari is considering fitting Hamilton with a fifth power unit, which would also allow him to run the ADUO 2 upgrade introduced at Monza. Hamilton currently sits 101 points behind championship leader Kimi Antonelli of Mercedes, having won only once this season at the Spanish Grand Prix in June.
