Lewis Hamilton offers Ferrari grid penalty update

Lewis Hamilton has stated he does not currently foresee needing to take a grid penalty for the remainder of the F1 season, as his retirement at the Italian Grand Prix (unrelated to the power unit) left his engine components underutilised. Ferrari has qualified for engine upgrades under the FIA's ADUO programme, but Hamilton believes his power unit pool will be 'okay' for the rest of the year. Meanwhile, teammate Charles Leclerc may face a grid penalty as soon as the Baku Grand Prix if Ferrari cannot salvage the power unit damaged in his heavy crash during the Italian Grand Prix.
