London and Leverkusen host elite Para athletics action in a packed July weekend

Para athletics stars will compete across two European venues on Saturday 18 July, with the Novuna London Athletics Meet (the 11th Diamond League stop) hosting four Para athletics events at London Stadium, and Leverkusen staging the traditional Para Leichtathletik Heimspiel. High-profile athletes including Marcel Hug, Sophie Hahn, Markus Rehm, Fleur Jong, and Ambra Sabatini are among those competing, alongside Paralympic champion Salum Ageze Kashafali in the men's 100m ambulant and T20 world record holder Ben Sandilands in the men's 1500m ambulant. Swiss wheelchair racing legend Marcel Hug, a seven-time Paralympic champion, headlines the men's 1500m T54 alongside Canada's Brent Lakatos and Great Britain's Nathan Maguire.
