LSU Women’s Tennis Reaches NCAA Super Regional With Victory Over Rice

The No. 10-seeded LSU women's tennis team defeated Rice 4-1 on Sunday at the LSU Tennis Complex, with freshman Carolina Kuhl clinching the match 3-6, 6-2, 6-4. LSU improves to 21-9 on the season and advances to the NCAA Super Regionals for the fourth time in program history and second consecutive year. The Tigers will next face No. 7 seed Virginia (23-5) on Saturday at noon in Charlottesville, Virginia.
