Lucas Raymond Demoted to Third Line Amid Goal Drought

Detroit Red Wings coach Todd McLellan demoted winger Lucas Raymond to the third line on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, following a 13-game goal drought. Through six games this season, Raymond has recorded zero goals, four assists, and a plus/minus rating of minus-4. The demotion reflects the team's concern over the Finnish forward's lack of offensive production.
