Luke Littler hits nine darter in World Matchplay

Luke Littler hit a nine-dart finish in the opening leg of his 2026 World Matchplay last-16 match against Nathan Aspinall in Blackpool, checking out on a 141 finish. The world champion nearly achieved a second nine-darter within four legs, but his final dart wired out on double 15. Littler had previously beaten Germany's Niko Springer in the round of 32 to reach this stage.
