Magnier snatches stage 18 bunch sprint to seal hat-trick of Giro d’Italia wins

French sprinter Paul Magnier, 22, of Soudal Quick-Step claimed his third stage victory at the 2025 Giro d'Italia by winning the bunch sprint on stage 18 in Pieve di Soligo. Magnier was set up perfectly by teammate Jasper Stuyven in the closing turns of the 171km stage, finishing ahead of two Italian sprinters. Overall leader Jonas Vingegaard retained the pink jersey following an attack on the final climb.
