Mahomes, Parsons and trio of 49ers highlight the NFL stars returning from injuries this season

Several high-profile NFL players are working their way back from serious injuries sustained during the 2025 season, headlined by Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who tore his ACL in Week 15 and watched his team finish with a disappointing six-win season. Green Bay's Micah Parsons also suffered a torn ACL in December, while the San Francisco 49ers lost Fred Warner, Nick Bosa, and George Kittle to major injuries during the playoffs.
