Major UFC event returning to Phoenix area after 4 years

Noche UFC, the UFC's Mexican Independence Day-themed event, will return to the Phoenix area for the first time in over four years, taking place at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale on September 12. Former UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno, the first Mexican-born UFC champion who won his title at the same venue in June 2021, is scheduled to fight TUF Season 33 winner Joseph Morales. The event is the first of seven high-profile TKO events planned for Arizona over the next three years.
