Man City charges: What managers said about scandal ahead of Premier League return

Manchester City have been found guilty of breaching Premier League financial rules and are appealing the verdict, with their first match following the ruling being a visit to Liverpool after the international break. The verdict has dominated pre-match press conferences, with all Premier League managers being questioned about the case. Leipzig manager Marco Rose was among those to comment, stating he prefers not to blame anyone without having full information, while several other managers, including Mikel Arteta and Unai Emery, were yet to hold their Friday press conferences.
