Man United should've beaten Spurs. Not doing so shows how much trouble Carrick & Co. are in

Manchester United drew 1-1 with Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford, despite being a goal ahead and playing against 10 men after Rodrigo Bentancur was sent off for head-butting Luke Shaw. Spurs scored a 92nd-minute equalizer to deny United the win, with Bryan Mbeumo having given the hosts the lead in the second half. The result leaves Manchester United off to their worst start since 1986, with caretaker manager Michael Carrick and the club facing significant concerns.
