Manchester United produce comeback for the ages as Cunha double floors Roma

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick oversaw a remarkable second-half comeback against Roma, with Matheus Cunha scoring twice to help United overturn a 2-0 half-time deficit. The result was significant for Carrick's managerial position at the club, which had appeared under serious threat given the team's poor first-half display and ongoing fan unrest toward the club's ownership. The match drew parallels to Carrick's playing days when he scored twice in United's famous 7-1 Champions League win over Roma in 2007.
