Manchester United’s wild win against Roma showed angry fans we care, says Dalot

Manchester United full-back Diogo Dalot said the team's 3-2 comeback win against Roma in the Champions League on Tuesday showed unhappy fans that the players care. The match at Old Trafford was marked by anti-Glazer protests, including green and gold balloons released from the Stretford End and tennis balls thrown onto the pitch at the 20-minute-and-five-second mark to symbolise 2005, the year the Glazer family took over and loaded £1.2bn of debt onto the club. United had been booed off at half-time and sit with just seven points from nine Premier League games, their worst start since the 1987-88 season.
