Maro Itoje: I’m open to England playing Six Nations in USA

England rugby captain Maro Itoje has expressed openness to playing a Six Nations match in the United States, though he acknowledges the RFU will be reluctant to forgo revenue generated at Twickenham. World Rugby is offering financial incentives to nations willing to relocate Six Nations fixtures to the US, as part of efforts to grow the sport ahead of the men's and women's Rugby World Cups scheduled there in 2031 and 2033 respectively. The initiative gained momentum after South Africa and New Zealand sold out the 71,000-capacity M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore for a recent Test match.
