Matchroom sells minority stake to US investment firm Bruin Capital

Matchroom Sport, the promotional company owned by Barry and Eddie Hearn, has sold a minority stake to US investment firm Bruin Capital. The deal values Matchroom at more than £1 billion. Matchroom is best known for promoting boxing and darts, among other sports.
