Matt Walker appointed Sussex Men's Head Coach

Sussex Cricket has appointed Matt Walker as the club's new Men's Head Coach, effective 1 November 2026, ahead of the 2027 season. Walker joins from Warwickshire, where he serves as Batting Coach, and previously spent eight seasons as Head Coach at Kent, winning the Vitality Blast in 2021 and the One-Day Cup in 2022. He succeeds Paul Farbrace, who transitions into the role of Director of Cricket on the same date.
