McDavid, Oilers down Sharks for fourth straight win

Connor McDavid recorded his 13th point and 10th assist of the season as the Edmonton Oilers defeated the San Jose Sharks 3-1 on Saturday, securing their fourth consecutive win. Goals from Mattias Ekholm, Vasily Podkolzin (his fifth of the season), and Alex Formenton powered Edmonton, while Tristan Jarry made 19 saves. Sharks captain Macklin Celebrini, returning from a lower-body injury, scored his first goal of the season in the third period but San Jose could not complete the comeback.
