McDonald relishes chance to fly The PGA flag at 154th Open Championship

Scottish golfer Jack McDonald, 33, has qualified for the 154th Open Championship at Royal Birkdale after successfully completing the 36-hole qualifier at Dundonald Links, representing The PGA for the second time in three years. McDonald, who is undertaking his PGA training under David Orr at Whitecraigs, previously carried The PGA flag at the 2024 Open at Royal Troon. The qualifier appearance replaces what would have been a Bothwell Castle Pro-Am appearance on the Tartan Tour.
