McLaren brings tech giant Intel back to F1 team sponsorship

McLaren has announced a new sponsorship deal with tech giant Intel, marking the company's return to Formula 1 after nearly 17 years away. Intel becomes the official compute partner of McLaren's F1 and IndyCar teams, with its logos set to appear on the cars of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri starting at the Canadian Grand Prix. Intel's last direct F1 team involvement was with BMW-Sauber between 2006 and 2009.
