McTominay in Scotland squad after heart surgery

Scott McTominay has returned to the Scotland squad for their UEFA Nations League double-header against North Macedonia (November 13) and Switzerland (November 16), after the 29-year-old Napoli midfielder underwent heart surgery in September and missed the previous camp. Torino striker Ché Adams also returns, while defender James Penrice earns his first call-up, though Scott McKenna misses out with a back strain. Scotland currently sit third in Group B1 with four points from four games, eight points behind group leaders Switzerland.
