Jonas Vingegaard has abandoned the 2026 Tour de France after suffering a collarbone fracture, ending his race at Stage 15 on July 19. Sprinter Tim Merlier has also withdrawn from the race as the peloton heads into the high mountain stages. The 2026 Tour de France began with a Grand Départ in Barcelona on July 4 and is scheduled to conclude in Paris on July 26.
