Men’s Tennis: Casey and Pate to compete for US Open entry at American Collegiate Player Wildcard Playoffs
Northwestern junior Greyson Casey and sophomore Carter Pate, who finished the 2026 dual season with a perfect 17-0 record at No. 1 doubles, will compete at the USTA American Collegiate Player Wildcard Playoffs in Orlando, Florida, on June 17-18. The tournament features four college doubles teams — also including pairs from Indiana, Ohio State, and Stanford — competing for a wild card entry into the 2026 US Open main draw. Casey and Pate, who peaked at No. 18 in national ITA doubles rankings, became the first Northwestern doubles team to go undefeated in a single season.
