Men’s World Championships time trial 2026 start order and start times

The elite men's individual time trial at the 2026 UCI Road World Championships in Montréal is set for Sunday, 20 September, featuring 61 riders from 39 nations on a 39.2km course. Gil Gomes of Guinea-Bissau will be the first rider off the ramp at 13:00 local time, with riders departing at 90-second intervals and intermediate checks at 10.7km, 21.9km, and 29.8km. Three-time defending champion Remco Evenepoel is among the final starters, alongside top contenders Stefan Küng, Filippo Ganna, and Ethan Hayter.
