Meyer wins 8th straight decision to start season as Marlins beat Giants 6-3

Max Meyer pitched five innings allowing two runs to improve to 8-0 on the season, as the Miami Marlins defeated the San Francisco Giants 6-3 on Saturday. Heriberto Hernández hit a home run and Jakob Marsee contributed a double and a single in the win. The victory was Miami's seventh consecutive home win, pushing their record to 39-38 and above .500 for the first time since April 13.
