Pinch-hitter Michael Conforto hit a solo home run to cap a two-run ninth inning, lifting the Chicago Cubs to a 5-4 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Monday night. The win was Chicago's sixth consecutive and improved their record to 23-12, marking their 16th win in 19 games. Seiya Suzuki also contributed with a 455-foot home run, and the Cubs extended their home winning streak to 12 straight games at Wrigley Field, their best such run since 2008.
